Want to participate in the “H-Factor…Where Is Your Heart” film project through an on-camera interview?
We’d love to have you!

Before we can capture your heartprint in a brief interview (approximately 60-seconds, sometimes a little more), you need to print out, sign, then mail or fax the Release Form back to us.

On the backside of the Release Form, please tell us:

  • a little about yourself, (e.g., you might include a major milestone, a life altering event, an impasse, an approach)
  • preferred location where we can film you (e.g., your work site, home, outdoors, doing something unique)
  • preferred time frame/dates/days when we can film you
  • any suggestions or unique angles on your slice of happiness that would help us really “capture” your heartprint

    NOTE: The film is crafted around individual heartprint interviews, but we’re creatively open to other configurations, e.g., capturing heartprints of family members, couples, work colleagues, long time friends. If you have a suggestion in this arena, please let us know and remember, every member of the group interviewed must sign an individual release.

    Upon receiving your signed Release Form, our Production Coordinator will contact you to schedule a convenient time and location for the shoot. Our tiny crew will be in and out in record time. No effort or expense on your part is involved. Just be prepared to answer the simple question: What is it that truly makes you happy? There’s no right or wrong answer! Everyone’s happiness is equally valued.
